I was a little nervous ordering this because colors can look so different online, and I really didn’t want to take a chance on it being off. I got the dusty blue, and it looked just like the photos on the site. Such a relief, and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

Got my package and the box looked really neat, no dents or damage or anything. Everything came in just fine, so I'm happy with it

The dress looks nice from a distance, but once I actually had it in my hands, I was kind of annoyed. The fabric was thinner than I expected, and there were a few loose threads I had to deal with, which I really don’t have patience for. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not amazing either...

I paid less than I expected for this dress, so I was already side-eyeing it a little like, okay, what’s the catch? But it showed up and the quality was actually decent. Not saying there’s some secret dress pricing scheme going on, but it definitely felt like I got away with something

I ordered a dress and the size didn’t work for me, so I had to start a return. They did get back to me, but every reply took a couple days, and the instructions weren’t the clearest. I also kept getting those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type messages, which just made it more annoying because it didn’t feel like anyone was actually paying attention.

The refund did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster. It just took longer than I expected, and the whole process could’ve been a lot more straightforward.

I was kind of nervous about ordering a dress online because sizing can be so random, and I kept imagining it showing up way too tight or weirdly long. But I used the size chart, measured myself twice just to be safe, and somehow it was spot on. The length worked well with my heels too, which I was relieved about because I didn’t really want to deal with hemming. I did need a tiny tweak at the waist, but nothing dramatic. Overall, I’m really happy with how it fit.

I was surprised it arrived sooner than I thought it would. Shipping was quick, and everything was fine when it got here. Even if there had been a small delay or little issue, I wouldn’t have minded much, but it was nice to get it early.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric. It feels soft and smooth against the skin, and the stitching looks neat, especially around the edges. It is a little thinner than I expected, but it still feels comfortable and looks good on.

I reached out to Milly Bridal with a question about my dress size, and they got back to me much faster than I expected. The answers were clear and actually useful, and they were really nice about my follow-up questions too.
After I placed the order, I needed to change one small detail, and they handled it easily without any fuss. The whole experience felt simple and helpful, and I’d happily order from them again.

The dress came looking really nice, just had to get the waist taken in a little bit. Not a big deal though, I’m still happy with it and I’d totally order again.

I ordered a dress from Millybridal, it looked close to the pictures. The color was just a little different in person, but I’m guessing that was probably because of lighting. The shape and the details were really similar, though, so I was happy with that.
The sizing was okay too. I did need a small alteration at the waist, but nothing major. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but for ordering a dress online, it was better than I expected. I’d give it 4 stars.

The updates were fine, I guess, but the communication felt a bit slow here and there.
